The heat transfer film decoration process is a process of heating the heat transfer film at one time to transfer the decorative pattern on the heat transfer onto the surface of the building material to be decorated to form a high-quality decorative film.

The heat transfer film is made of polyethylene film as the backing paper with a wood grain decorative layer printed on it. The surface is coated with a protective layer, a base color layer, a release layer and a hot melt adhesive layer. By heating the high-temperature silicon roller, the temperature and pressure are applied to the transfer foil, so that the transfer layer composed of the decorative wood grain printing layer, the surface protective layer, and the undercoat layer is separated from the polyethylene and transferred to the surface of the artificial board or furniture parts Above, a decorative surface pattern is formed, and its surface has excellent properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, etc.

Features
1.It has good mechanical properties, impact strength is 3~5 times that of other films, and good folding resistance.
2.It is resistant to oil, fat, dilute acid, dilute alkali, and most solvents.
3.It has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures. It can be used for a long time within a temperature range of 120°C, andcan withstand high temperatures of 150°C and low temperatures of -70°C in short-term use, and has little effect on its mechanical properties at high and low temperatures.
4. The permeability of gas and water vapor is low, that is, it has excellent gas, water, oil and odor resistance.
5.High transparency, can block ultraviolet rays and good gloss.
6.Non-toxic, tasteless, good hygiene and safety, and can be directly used for food packaging. Because pet film has good stability, uniform tension, and minimal deviation of film thickness, it is most widely used.
