What is the difference between a PU (Polyurethane) wheel and a rubber wheel?

1) Base Roller Material &Thickness
We are using #45 steel,#201stainless steel #304stainless steeland 5# aluminum seamless pipe as the base roller.And we areadopting a reasonable thickness base roller according tocustomer's drawing.Some manufacturers will reduce thethickness ofthe steel pipe in order to get the priceadvantage.Such roller can't meet the standards.But we won'tdo that.
2) Rubber Material &Technology
Our rubber are allimported from Germany or the Japan andthen we mix them in our factory.The rubber coating technical weare using is winding technical. we cast the rubber on the baseroller layer by layer and then vulcanize it to make the greenrubber into mature rubber.While other manufacturers are usingsheet coating technical,and the rubber is cold in processing andwill cause adhesion problems easily.
