The heat transfer rubber roller is a crucial functional component in heat transfer equipment (such as heat transfer machines, heat transfer printers). Its primary function is to precisely transfer patterns, text, etc. from the transfer film/paper to the substrate (such as fabric, plastic, metal, wood, etc.) under heating conditions, while also performing the dual functions of evenly applying pressure and stable heat conduction.
Core feature
Material compatibility: The mainstream material is silicone (high temperature resistance, good elasticity). For some special scenarios, rubber or polyurethane is used. It must possess the characteristics of high temperature resistance (typically able to withstand a working temperature of 100-200ºC), wear resistance, and not easy to deform, to ensure the accuracy of pattern transfer during long-term use.
Structural design: It is mostly a "core iron + outer rubber layer" composite structure. The iron core provides support strength, and the thickness of the rubber layer is adjusted according to the hardness of the substrate (thicker rubber layer is used for soft substrates, and thinner rubber layer is used for hard substrates). Some surfaces have fine patterns to enhance the adhesion to the transfer material.
