Why the heat transfer film is broken before printing?

1.Improper Ink Selection: Using an ink that is not suitable for a specific material or surface treatment, resulting in insufficient adhesion.
2.Improper surface preparation: There may be grease, dust or other contaminants on the surface of the target object, preventing the ink from adhering effectively.
3.The release adhesive may be too loose or too tight. If the release is too tight, the ink sticks to the film and does not fall off easily, then we should be increase the temperature during printing. If the release is too loose, it will easily fall off after a little stickiness.
Causes: extrusion during transportation, high temperature, etc.
To solve these problems: An additional drying procedure is added before delivery to deal with factors such as weather and climate change in different countries, place a desiccant in the cargo packaging bag to ensure the dry state of the products,

2: Store at normal temperature, dry and ventilated storage.
