Production process
1.Artwork:If you have design files, we will mark the design colors according to your design artwork and your product size, and then send the final artwork to you for confirmation. If you don't have a design file, tell us the type of design you like, we will help you make a similar design for free, and then you will confirm it.
2.Plate making:After you confirm the artwork, we will make the plate according to the design pattern. It takes about 4-6 days.
3.Print film:The pattern is printed on the PET film through a gravure printing machine. First, the large roll is printed → drying → cut into small rolls. It takes about 4-6 days. (Hologram film takes 5-7 days)
4.Quality inspection: Our quality inspection department will conduct quality inspection, and unqualified films will be cut off to help you screen out products with unqualified quality.
5.Packaging: We first use plastic film packaging and then put it into cartons. If the number of cartons exceeds 10 pieces, we will add a pallet to prevent the goods from being lost.
6.Shipping: Send to your freight forwarder according to your requirements or directly to you via international express.
