How to production heat transfer film/label?
Make cylinder:
* A master hologram design is laser-etched onto a metal cylinder (embossing roller).
* The cylinder is chrome-plated for durability to transfer holographic patterns onto film.
Printing:
* A polyester (PET) or PVC film is coated with a light-sensitive or metallic layer.
* The embossing roller presses the hologram pattern onto the film under heat and pressure.
Drying&Curing:
* The film passes through a drying oven to harden the printed/embossed layer.
* UV or thermal curing ensures adhesion and stability of the holographic effect.
Laser processing:
* High-precision lasers add microtext, hidden images, or unique serial numbers for anti-counterfeiting.
Cutting&Slitting:
* The film is cut into sheets, rolls, or custom shapes (e.g., stickers, labels)
* For heat transfer hologram film, it may be laminated with adhesive layers.
Packaging&Shipping:
* Finished hologram film is inspected, packed in protective rolls/boxes, and shipped.
