Q:Why does the base color of the product or the color of the film become darker after printing?
1) Your product color is too dark, and the white base of the thermal transfer film is not thick, resulting in the product color showing through after printing. You can use 2 or even 3 layers of white on the design artwork.
2)Thicken and deepen the white ink,or use high-concentration white.

Q:How to ensure that the colors of design drawings are more standard?
1) For the electronic draft, the customer confirms the color and size. If there is a 5% difference between the product and the design draft, the customer will be informed in advance.
2) Use Pantone color cards to compare color numbers with customers.

Production Process

How to produce heat transfer film label?
Make cylinder	First, we customize the cylinder according to the customer's design drawings, which takes about 5 days
Printing	After the cylinder is made, it will be printed by gravure printing machine, which takes 3-5 days
Dry	After printing, the ink needs to be dried. This step can ensure that the ink adheres well to the PET material
Punching	After the heat transfer film is dried, it needs to be punched and cut. It is packaged into small rolls according to the customer's design for the convenience of customers
Quality inspection	After slitting, quality inspection will be carried out. During the quality inspection, if the heat transfer film does not meet the quality standards, it will be cut off to avoid losses to customers due to quality problems of the heat transfer film
Packaging	After the completion, it will be packaged. Generally, the heat transfer film is wrapped with plastic film and then packed into cartons. If there are more than 10 boxes of goods, they will be packed on a pallet to avoid loss of goods
