Heat Transfer Film is a functional material that permanently transfers patterns or text onto the surface of a substrate through a hot pressing process. It is widely used for surface decoration of materials such as plastic, metal, and glass. Its structure includes a release layer, a coloring layer, an aluminum plating layer, and a backing layer, ensuring that the pattern is firmly bonded to the substrate (such as PP, PE plastic) at high temperatures of 140 ºC -180 ºC, while also possessing corrosion and scratch resistance properties.

The process advantage of Plastic Products Transfer Film lies in simplifying the production process: through vacuum transfer equipment, pattern transfer can be completed with a single heating, without the need for additional painting or coating treatment.
