The Custom New Design In-Mould Label (IML) for Plastic Plate is a high-integration, customized decorative and functional labeling solution specially developed for plastic plate molding production. Different from traditional post-molding sticker labeling, this advanced in-mold labeling technology integrates pattern printing, brand marking and functional identification into the plastic plate injection molding process. It realizes one-piece forming of label and plastic substrate, perfectly solving the pain points of easy peeling, fading, blistering and poor durability of traditional labels, and is an optimal decorative accessory for high-grade household plastic plates, catering plastic tableware and daily-use plastic tray products.

Core Product Principle & Innovative Design

This customized IML label adopts professional in-mold embedding technology. Before plastic plate injection molding, the pre-printed customized label is accurately fixed inside the mold cavity. Under high temperature and high pressure during plastic melting and molding, the label and the surface of the plastic plate are fused seamlessly into an integral structure. Relying on upgraded new design concepts, the product breaks the limitations of traditional single pattern labeling. Superior Material & Stable Performance

The plastic plate dedicated in-mould label is made of high-quality food-grade OPP, BOPP, PP and other environmentally friendly substrate materials, matched with low-shrinkage, high-temperature resistant printing ink, which complies with SGS and ISO9001 quality system certification standards, non-toxic and tasteless, and meets food contact safety requirements. The optimized material formula greatly improves the fitting performance with PP, PE and other common plastic plate substrates, with zero warping, zero falling off and high fitting flatness after molding.

The label has excellent comprehensive durability. It has outstanding scratch resistance, oil resistance, high temperature resistance and waterproof performance in daily use. It can withstand conventional high-temperature cleaning and daily friction without fading, scratching or aging.
